Pro-Active Planning

We Recognize That:

  • In order for us to have some control over our destiny we need to plan for the future and must be regularly upgrading and changing our plans with the involvement of our people.
  • Increased flexibility and speed needs to be built into our systems so that we may respond more quickly to change.
  • Planning needs to be concentrated in the areas of better customer service, cost reduction, quality improvement, and environmental improvement.
Results Oriented

We Shall:

  • Communicate expectations to everyone rather than give direction.
  • Reward results and not just effort.
  • Recognize that to obtain results in one's work while sacrificing family relationships will not provide long lasting job satisfaction
